Anthony has published over 170 publications featured in healthcare security, security management and fraud prevention journals and magazines. He is retired from the NYC Police Department and served as: Director of Security Programs for the NYC Mayor’s Office of Economic Development and Small Business Services, and Director of Loss Prevention NYC Health & Hospitals Corporation (largest public healthcare system in the nation), and President of his own private investigations firm.
Dr. Luizzo was the first elected Eastern Regional Governor: Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), Founding Member / President-Emeritus of the NY Chapter ACFE, and past President of the Society of Professional Investigators (SPI). Anthony held adjunct instructor positions at: Long Island University, The College of Staten Island, NY University, and John Jay College of Criminal Justice Studies.
