Anthony has published over 150 publications featured in healthcare security, security management and fraud prevention journals and magazines. He is retired from the NYC Police Department and served as Director of Security Programs for the NYC Mayor’s Office of Economic Development and Small Business Services, Director of Loss Prevention NYC Health & Hospitals Corporation (largest public healthcare system in the nation), and President of his own private investigations firm. He was the first elected Eastern Regional Governor: Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), Founding Member / President-Emeritus of the NY Chapter ACFE, and past President of the Society of Professional Investigators (SPI). Anthony held adjunct instructor positions at: Long Island University, The College of Staten Island, NY University, and John Jay College of Criminal Justice Studies.
